Design and Project Management Utilising the most modern computer software linked with considerable professional experience, we undertake to provide fully co-ordinated designs taking into account the particular needs of our clients, harmonised with architectural, structural and cost requirements and with consideration given to time limits. The quality of contractors installations is given particular attention. Watching Briefs In the absence of a full duties requirement, we also have much experience in the provision of performance specifications, supervision of contractors works and in particular the commissioning of complete mechanical and electrical installations, to ensure that our Clients have additional professional support where Design and Build Contracts are appropriate. Surveys and Reports We undertake Condition and Dilapidation Surveys and Reports which can be used in Clients lease negotiations. Technical advice on any building service can be provided in detailed reports to: British Standards, Codes of Practice, Electricity at Work Act, Health and Safety Regulations, IEE Requirements for Electrical Installations, Risk Assessment for Legionnaires Disease and Statutory Requirements. Property Portfolio Management The management of multi-building portfolios is of particular interest and involves us in specific energy surveys, tariff negotiation, feasibility studies, special surveys of plant operation, projected life spans of equipment, lighting efficiency, refurbishment projects and auditing of maintenance procedures.
